If you are looking to work out in a clean and organized facility that is never overcrowded and has more than enough, well-maintained equipment, please go to Tedesco Body Shop. Great environment to train in! The coaches are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everyone is supportive and always willing to help, which makes it easy to feel comfortable and motivated. It’s an atmosphere that makes you genuinely look forward to every workout. I only wish I had started here sooner!

If you are looking for a place that is more than just workout equipment, come here. The trainers are excellent and very encouraging. The environment is very relaxed. They offer personal training sessions as well as classes and independence. I have been working out here for about 3-4 months and this feels like a second home to me.
