If you are looking for a place that is more than just workout equipment, come here. The trainers are excellent and very encouraging. The environment is very relaxed. They offer personal training sessions as well as classes and independence. I have been working out here for about 3-4 months and this feels like a second home to me. It can be costly but it is worth the investment. You will absolutely not be disappointed.
Best gym ever! The members and staff feel like family. Great set of machines for a great full body workout, and fantastic free weight selection! Such a hidden gem.

My husband and I dropped in to the gym for a week while visiting family and let me say this is an awesome gym! The owner and employees are so nice and so helpful. I travel a ton for my work so I'm always dropping into random gyms all over the country and this is one of the best gyms I've been able to stop into.
