If you are looking for a place that is more than just workout equipment, come here. The trainers are excellent and very encouraging. The environment is very relaxed. They offer personal training sessions as well as classes and independence. I have been working out here for about 3-4 months and this feels like a second home to me. Best gym ever! The members and staff feel like family. Great set of machines for a great full body workout, and fantastic free weight selection! Such a hidden gem.
Great local gym. The body shop is great for kids too!! Showing them all the basics while having fun!
