I love my gym!! Tedesco Body Shop is a gym for all ages and fitness levels. There is no judgement, only encouragement. Coach Nat, the owner... you won't find anyone with a bigger, more generous heart. His team is fierce but fun! These coaches will see what you are capable of before you will and they will help you to get there. My wife was attending Tedesco Body Shop her personal trainer was NAT. She asked me to attend her fitness training sessions. This is what I learned over the past few months about why you need a good fitness trainer: 1. Knowledge – Nat is very knowledgeable in his field. This saves me time on researching workouts.
