Teddys is hands down the best car service in CT. I was introduced to them in 2010 when the company I was working for utilized them as their sole car service company for all business travel. I got so used to the reliability and premium service they provided that my husband and I started using them for all of our personal travel as well as his business travel for the company he owns. Teddy’s Limo service is first rate from the minute they answer your call to the minute the driver drops you off. The staff is incredible. The dispatcher keeps you well informed, the drivers ( I have used them numerous times) are polite, friendly, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough. One of the best company interactions I can remember. Perhaps other companies should look at their business model. I 100% recommend that you try Teddy’s once and you will see why I’m writing this. Five star all the way.
Had 2 rides for a recent trip. First one was solid. Professional driver who drove safely on the way to the airport. The way home, different story. The driver had headphones in and was using his phone in an unsafe manner. This photo was taken after I said something to him twice, and not the first time we asked him to stay off his phone. This wasn’t for navigation, I could tell he was looking for a YouTube channel to listen to. Shouldn’t have to ask him to follow the law.
Always prompt, courteous and safe. I have used Teddy's many times and have always been happy. Highly recommend!
