Teddy’s Transportation System saved the day! After my boss was unexpectedly stranded by Amtrak in New Haven, CT with no way to get to NYC for important meetings, Teddy’s came through in a big way. I called in a panic, and within just 6 minutes (yes, I timed it!), a representative: Shawn? Sean? Shaun? (apologies for the spelling!) had already located a nearby driver. We had an exceptional experience with Teddy’s Limo today, thanks to our incredible driver, Wagner. Due to an alarm mishap, we woke up nearly 20 minutes after our scheduled pickup time—and Wagner waited patiently for over 30 minutes without a single complaint. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding, and somehow still got us to JFK right on time. He even gave us tips on which security line to use and how far our gate was from the entrance—super helpful since we hadn’t flown out of that terminal before. While W... read more

Fantastic service. We had a 5 am pickup in NW CT to go to JFK, the driver was early, and had the kid's carseats we requested. Very professional. On the return trip, just as good- both carseats were ready, and a great trip.
