VERY polite and respectful of customers. Bought an oil change kit for my Toro here. They had great prices and were some of the nicest people in the business. I've spent a lot of time dealing with mower shops. I will definitely be back for the customer service if anything. It's unfortunate good customer service is so rare these days. It's almost nonexistent. Teddy's gave me a sense of nostalgia by being treated so well. 100% will be back!
