내가 가본 폭스바겐 공식 서비스센터중 최악. 고쳐달란건 안고치고 안고쳐도 되는건 고쳐야 된다며 눈탱이 씌움. 워런티로 커버되는 항목만 고쳐달라고 했더니 차놓고 가라고 해 놓고 열흘이 되도록 연락이 없길래 물어봤더니 본네트 뚜껑 한번 안열어봤다는 기가막힌 답변을 들음ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ에라이 양심 없는 것들아 차라리 니껀 공짜로 고쳐야되서 고쳐주기 싫다고 처음부터 말을 하렴 그냥 딴데로 가게ㅋㅋㅋ내가 안 갈아도 되는 브레이크패드 가는데 구백불을 썼어야 고쳐줄 생각이었니? 다른 서비스센터 갔더니 이틀만에 고쳐주더라. 여긴 영업 행태가 최악임. 나한테 길거리에 버려도 될 천만금이 있대도 너네한테는 절대 안쓴다.
Carlos was extremely helpful for me when i went in to get my car serviced he made sure i was being taken care of and comfortable while waiting. He took care of everything that needed to be taken care of with good timing as well.!!!!!
A great loss for Mercedes but a definite gain for VW and a great asset to Teddy VW…a solid decision for the service department by the managing staff. Regardless of the combative attitude and untimely mistakes made by some of the (both global & local) staff members, Tommy was aces and came through for us last minute and made it happen.
