If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would say the sales team is great but the service center is beyond terrible. I would never come back here ever in my life and its sad cause I bought a brand new 2026 tiguan here a month ago. The car has a leak in the trunk door so water gets in when it rains. I came in since its covered by warranty. I show them proof in pictures and videos and they going to tell me the car has no issues and its ready for pick up. Look for Joel. He is above and Beyond. Makes my experience at teddy volkswagen great. His hospitality is excellent. He will make sure your car gets fixed right away. 내가 가본 폭스바겐 공식 서비스센터중 최악. 고쳐달란건 안고치고 안고쳐도 되는건 고쳐야 된다며 눈탱이 씌움. 워런티로 커버되는 항목만 고쳐달라고 했더니 차놓고 가라고 해 놓고 열흘이 되도록 연락이 없길래 물어봤더니 본네트 뚜껑 한번 안열어봤다는 기가막힌 답변을 들음ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ에라이 양심 없는 것들아 차라리 니껀 공짜로 고쳐야되서 고쳐주기 싫다고 처음부터 말을 하렴 그냥 딴데로 가게ㅋㅋㅋ내가 안 갈아도 되는 브레이크패드 가는데 구백불을 썼어야 고쳐줄 생각이었니? 다른 서비스센터 갔더니 이틀만에 고쳐주더라. 여긴 영업 행태가 최악임. 나한테 길거리에 버려도 될 천만금이 있대도 너네한테는 절대 안쓴다.
