It was a nightmare experience dealing with these guys last night. I had a bad air leak, contacted them at 6.30pm CST, and they showed up at 8.30 pm with no apologies for the delay. At 11pm, they said they had fixed the issue, but check the issue it was still leaking. Like they did nothing. Billed me for 4 hours of labor's fee of $700 plus a weekend call fee of $150 plus call another call in fee parts of $150. We had a blowout on our utility trailer between Kilgore and Longview. After 5:30. Could not ask for better. Every other company we called we closed or you had to set up an account during business hours. It got later and later. Fortunately we called Teddy's They found the right tire and were there in 15 minutes. HUGE blessing. 10 Stars!

Teddy roadside service was very helpful when my truck broke down. He made it to me quickly and was very helpful to get my truck back going. I highly recommend Teddys roadside. You won’t be disappointed on the service
