If you’re anywhere near Weslaco, Teddy’s BBQ deserves a stop! The brisket is on point: tender, smoky, and the kind you think about on the drive home. The mac and cheese holds its own as more than a side; I’d order it as a main without shame. The staff treated us like family, and as an Aggie, I appreciated the warm welcome for the maroon and white. Great food, great people, and worth the trip. Whoop! Gig ’Em! 👍🏻

Food was not as good as I have heard and it was not the best type. Flavor and sauce was different.
