Teddy is a great guy, professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful! He pays attention to all the details and got back to us with answers to all our questions very timely, whether they were his to answer or not. We felt he did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop during the entire process and making sure the other entities had everything needed.
