Tomorrow will be two weeks since problem was reported. First appearance was over a week ago on a Friday when we were told he needed a part and would be back Monday (no show). Contacted office and long story short returned the following Friday saying he would be back soon (something about the motor) again no show. They have been repairing my mother's HVAC system for over the weeks. It's only 4 years old. Took two weeks to get a fan motor. Then said they had to order a heat strip element. Her unit is a heat pump unit. Heat strip is emergency heat only. She never uses that function. They are hacks and parts changers till they get it fixed, if they can. Fixing to turn over to better business bureau. And contact media. Do my best to put what company the have away. No Heat or AC for the weeks. Poor customer service, been 3 days, never called back or showed up!
If I could leave zero stars I would, I was on the phone with my sister on two separate occasions today, she is a property manager, and had questioned wether something was done haphazardly by a tech. I cringed as I listened to the OWNER Mr. Henderson ridicule and bully her, She couldn't even speak! He was clearly not intrested in answering any questions or there to help. He is by far the most unprofessional person I have literally ever heard! I was appalled at his behavior. You should be ashamed sir!
