I have C-spine issues, bad ones. I had an MRI done, ordered by my PCP, prior to my visit with Dr Kim. His assistant was having issues uploading the MRI disc, but I had the report. Dr Kim wouldn’t even look at the report. I wanted to be evaluated by him but he made it clear that “I’m not making money if I don’t perform surgery” and he laughed, loudly. He is absolutely awesome!!!! I just pray my surgery goes as smooth as it did on my first visit to him. Of course this depends on the patient!
Dr. Kim performed flawless spinal fusion surgery on me with the result that I am now pain free & on my way to being able to do everything I did before pain had left me non-ambulatory. He patiently answered all my questions & explained all options to me thoroughly so I was able to make an informed decision & he followed up with me regularly for 3 months after surgery.
