A M A Z I N G!!! the staff are extremely sweet, kind, gentle, patient, polite!!! i tend to lean my lifestyle towards non toxic living, however i was informed about the benefits of fluoride by the dr. recommended the indio office<3
This has been a horrible experience so I’m taking the time to write a review as I’m still waiting for the appointment to conclude (I’ve been here for three hours so far). I took my kid here for a cleaning and an orthodontist consultation. Not only did they press MY KID about braces and question why my kid didn’t want them, the doctor/doctors assistant KEPT asking after my kid repeatedly said no AND after I said that we’ll have to think about it. Teddy dental is awesome! They took care of my 5 year old son who is so anxious about doctors in general they were so patient and reassuring not only to him but to me he got his crowns done with teddy dental and it was a great smooth procedure ! I am so happy and my son best of all is not in pain anymore ! Can’t thank them enough!
When I came across this office I booked an appointment for my 3 kids over a month ago, went to their 1st appointment and our experience wasn’t awful. The staff seemed to be pretty nice for the most part. I had to return with my 5 year old a few days ago to get 2 cavities filled. They had paperwork prepared and portions highlighted that needed to be initialed, I quickly initialed in hopes of saving time. This is a 5 star office. I have no complaints and I think parents should hold themselves accountable for their negligence on their child’s teeth. Decay doesn’t run in the family, lack of proper hygiene does. Here’s my honest review of this office. My son is 6 with ADHD, he can’t sit still and he’s afraid of everything.
