I took my 5-year-old daughter here for dental care, and after the visit, I was very concerned. The dentist recommended removing her 4 front teeth and putting crowns on her 4 molars. The cost out of pocket was going to be about $500. After reading other reviews, I saw that many parents felt the work recommended was unnecessary for their kids. I brought my daughter in for cavities and was told they take my insurance but it would be $250 to have the cavities filled??? So I called my insurance and I was told that they SHOULD NOT be charging for something if they’re in contract with my insurance and it’s unethical. Sounds like this isn’t the first time this has happened to someone at this office. I will not return to this office seeing as they’re not a trustworthy establishment.
I love the team they have ! Very friendly and has great customer service ...also great to the kids !!!
