I brought my daughter in for cavities and was told they take my insurance but it would be $250 to have the cavities filled??? So I called my insurance and I was told that they SHOULD NOT be charging for something if they’re in contract with my insurance and it’s unethical. Sounds like this isn’t the first time this has happened to someone at this office. I will not return to this office seeing as they’re not a trustworthy establishment.
I love the team they have ! Very friendly and has great customer service ...also great to the kids !!!
Soo disappointed and upset. I called to scheduled my daughter an appointment for a cleaning. Few days after scheduling I got a call from the office saying that they can still see my daughter but my share of cost went up and I’ll have to pay $150. Never have a had to pay that much!! I told them I will cancel the appointment and call my insurance. The lady did mention that they have been seeing this alot lately that I will just need to call my insurance and see if they can lower my share of cost. I thought this was so weird!! ... read more
Such a great experience for all of my children. Definitely coming back. Staff was amazing and the Dr was phenomenal. She made my children feel safe and really bonded with them. THANK YOU TEDDY DENTAL
A M A Z I N G!!! the staff are extremely sweet, kind, gentle, patient, polite!!! i tend to lean my lifestyle towards non toxic living, however i was informed about the benefits of fluoride by the dr. recommended the indio office<3
