I was very disappointed in this place. The dental room with the laughing gas is extremely dirty, they had the numbing syringes just sitting on a counter and the swabs with topical anesthetic just sitting there collecting dust, it was so disgusting and dangerous. My child with autism was referred out there we are from the Hi Desert and we will never be going back to that office. Teddy Dental is a nice and clean dental office, but every time my kids have appointments and we arrive on time or at times arrive early. There staff always calls us in 20-30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Which I think isn’t fair because we arrive on time or early. Which becomes an inconvenience. It also makes me think we should just arrive 20-30 minutes after the appointment instead.
The worst dentist you could ever possibly go to, they dont care about your children coming from a CHILD. I went with my grandma to get my cavity filled a day after my tooth was hurting extremely bad the sensitivity was high, you may think thats normal because teeth are sensitive after cavity fills but it doesn't end there. I was in pain i couldnt eat on that side so i went back to get it fixed, they "fixed it" and then a day later I still had the same problem so I didnt chew on that side at all until a month later the tooth ... read more
Great experience at this office. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. Loved it here. Definitely refereeing friends and family.
