I had an issue with a dryer stopping about 1 minute after I'd dropped a couple of bucks on it. I saw that there was a process for reporting lost money so I followed it. I waa happy to find a letter from the company with $2 in it when I checked my p.o. box yesterday. The gesture made me believe in people a little more. You don't find this type of integrity these days, so I thought I'd spread the word. Good clean laundromat too. Thanks

I’m changing my review from one star to four. My one star review was due to the fact that identical appearing machines with identical pricing were seemingly designed for different load sizes and clearly different run times and wash cycles. I had my XXL comforter in a washer that turned out to be the smaller load capacity washer. I left a VM with the “help line” number not expecting any kind of resolution. Came in like j always have for many years. And my girlfriend as I walked up was immediately engaged by this lady who claimed to be the manager here. However it was clear to me she was with Laundry express. She approached us both as soon as we got our first round of quarters. Our back of the car.. full of clothes ready to wash. And she says to us “you can’t be taking quarters from here and going other places” twice as we didn’t realize she was talking to us the first time. Nice enough, however you think it costs $5 for a load, but if you need to do a load in hot water or anything else besides the base setting, it makes it more expensive. I don't like that feature since they are small machines. I could have done 1 huge load at Spin Cycle for $10 instead of 2 loads for $13 here, but I didn't have time to go over there.

Not for me. Put $2 into the dryer, pressed button. Nothing. Then a lady near me asked for help. She put 1$ into a washer and was trying to figure out how much more was needed, but the digital display wasn't working. Now I have to file a claim to get my $ back. Probably several months before it shows up, if ever. Adios Teddy Bear.
