I had two large and heavy area rugs in need of professional cleaning. Teddy Bear picked up and returned the rugs looking, and best of all, smelling fantastic! The guys were professional and polite. They took great care while moving the furniture and made sure everything was as we wanted it. Great service at a reasonable price!
Upstairs water heater busted and caused mayhem. Teddy Bear was ridiculously fast in their response time, very thorough in the cleaning/drying/restoration, provided invaluable assistance on the broader insurance claim and was very easy to communicate and work with. They also spent plenty of time with me explaining the potential future hazards/problems and generally what was accomplished in the process. Easy 5 stars.
