Made an appointment for 8:30 am for a daytime running light. The gentleman from service department (Homero Susana) was quick and also tried to resolve the issue himself . He shared the issue with the was not as easy as it looks he ordered me a uber. I spoke with the manger (Julio Batista which was present ,professional and supportive . great customer service Need help these two gentleman were great
When i say they treat you with kindness and love i mean it!! Sergio and Hander helped me with everything!! absolutely the best service i have ever received they worked me through everything and the finance manager is INCREDIBLY KIND AND CARING!!!
I had thr pleasure of working with thr young man Hander and Dioris!!!They were great help especially since it was my first time financing, im very grateful and excited for new volkswagen atlas!!!
