This is just my opinion and my past experience with Tedder Whitlock. I had two problems I had with Stephenie Whitlock and Tedder Whitlock consulting was the responsiveness of returning calls and the supposed tax planning. I would call during business hours (9-5) and it was very rare that she would call back during business hours. They would usually call back after 7 at night. I can't speak highly enough about Tedder Whitlock. Untill I started having Kevin Whitlock file my taxes I never knew how much money was being left on the table. Kevin got me more money on my return than any other service I've used. I would recommend them to anyone. Lastly theyre customer service is second to none. I needed a bunch of paperwork when I bough my last house. All it took was one call and everything I could ever need was in one email.
The owner is a idiot!! Did not get all the paperwork from him doing taxes last year,called and left message and was told that the employee that did them ripped him off and he was not giving me anything until I signed a paper that who was doing my taxes would get the info if he felt like it. Calling the state to see about fraud and unlawful business practices.Stay away if you want any professional service.
Kevin Whitlock is willing to lie under oath for a few hundred $. Do not trust this person!
