I bought my first brand new Gravely there and I love it! The guys there always go above and beyond to get whatever you need!
I purchased a Arens zero turn last yr , and we changed or oil to begin the new season when as it turns out the cheap plastic oil cap came off and oil drained out and we lost the engine , clearly it was a factory issue in its design ,Tedder Out Doors came to the rescue and went to the factory for a replacement engine it took some doing as the factory did not want to honor the warrentee as written . Tedders (Doug) loaned us the demo mower so we could keep our place under control and they even delivered our mower when it finall... read more
