Wonderful practice ,Staff very polite
Terrible service and completely disorganized. I called to book for ear micro-suction and was told a doctor would examine me first to decide between syringing or micro-suction. When I arrived, a nurse asked me to sign a waiver for ear syringing (which mentioned a potential risk of deafness). I reiterated that I only wanted micro-suction, which she couldn't perform.
