I wasn’t able to hear in one of my ears for more than a week, and I was able to see the doctor on the same day I called. I’m grateful that my ear was cleaned and I could hear again.

Doctor Lai is not open to share his knowledge. He scribble an ear drop on prescription pad, I can't read the writing. I asked 3 times name of the medication and whether it's prescription or over the counter. He won't answer, only said show it to the pharmacy. He took out a big piece of dried ear wax for me, but won't advise me how to avoid wax been harden. He won't even comment if ear allergy exists.
