I have worked occasionally with Ted Ward over the past 15 years. He has done major structural retrofit as well as finish work in two older buildings I've owned. Ted Ward Const. is knowledgable, sensitive and careful. They are very communicative and honest - I never felt that I didn't know what was going on, and they are always completely up-front. Their knowledge of their craft - historic building techniques to modern innovations - is really impressive. I really trust them.

We love our new kitchen! Ted worked closely with my wife and me to design, expand and remodel our kitchen. His knowledge and experience made it possible for us to transform our old kitchen into the modern kitchen we had imagined. Ted is very organized and thorough. Stayed true to his initial estimate he gave, with exception of one change, that was due to my wiring, that he discussed first with me before correcting. Was on time, clean, very knowledgeable of what he was doing for me and with his years of restoration experience, was able to come up with great ideas and awesome suggestions for my further reno projects I will do. As a Realtor, I have seen Ted Ward's new home construction and remodel work in a number of homes. He has the creativity and ability to do a wonderful job whether you are limited in what you can spend or if you want elaborate work done. His granite work is absolutely beautiful! He has great attention to detail and cares about his clients. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing a new home or remodeling done.
