Dr. Sheih was so kind yesterday. I was not there for something very serious, just a miserable sore throat and laryngitis that I would not have gotten in to see my regular doctor until next week. He took time with me, took a Covid test as a precaution, then called me himself to tell me it was negative and gave me some helpful, practical suggestions to relieve my symptoms.
I'm a healthy, 20 year old man. I passed out at work with no apparent reason. I went to the local hospital, who confirmed I wasn't going to die and sent me home with no answers. I wanted a second opinion, so I went to immediate care the next day, where Dr. Shieh examined me. He was able to do a thorough exam, and offered opinions on what the root cause may be. He spent time to explain his findings, and even made me an appointment with a cardiologist. Great bedside manor. The world needs more doctors like him.

Dr. Shieh is highly knowledgeable and is an exceptional physician. He has taken very good care of both my daughter and myself during our visits to the DMG Urgent Care Center. He is a physician that goes above and beyond to insure the best health diagnostics and treatment for his patients.
Dr. Shieh is a great doctor. I saw him at the DMG immediate care in Lisle this summer. He provided thorough care and listened to my concerns; I was surprisingly pleased with my first immediate care experience.
