They hold your prescription hostage. They’re really not interested in your health, just getting your appointment money. Made no efforts to solve issues. They’re just fine with letting you leave.

Dr. Ritchie seemed very nice during my initial consultation and I was happy to proceed due to his professionalism, but their policy of collecting payment two days before a procedure is absurd. The office staff and I played phone tag trying to make the payment (leaving voicemails with each other), and because we didn't connect and no pre-payment was made, they cancelled my appointment without telling me (by the way there was no mention of cancelling from their office in the VMs). I would strongly not recommend this clinic, particularly Dr. Ted Ritchie. He did not take the time to fully listen to my symptoms and concerns. Instead of conducting a proper evaluation, he asked me what I wanted him to do, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. I expected a thorough diagnosis and medical guidance, but that did not happen. I left feeling that the $250 consultation fee was a complete waste.
