I ordered one package of blades in May 2024, and they didn’t arrive until January 2025. I called many times, and they asked for my email to send me a tracking number, and then never sent me a tracking number. The 4th time I called they told me they had no record of my order at all.
Unfortunately, this company requires 1 star since every item I have ordered takes at least 2 months to arrive. I've been waiting for 5 months for two basic microscopy items. Electron Microscopy Sciences is by far a more competent supplier.
horrible management always micro-managing. pay is sub-par due fact other warehouse in area pay more on average to start and there a lot of gossip in warehouse plus people talking behind other back. not to mention certain people attitude there
