Since 1976 Ted Muehling has been designing jewelry and decorative objects inspired by organic forms found in nature. With the help of a small staff in his New York City studio, he produces multiples as well as unique pieces using a variety of materials including precious and semiprecious stones, metals, pearls, plastic, horn and wood. Have acquired a couple of earrings from Ted Muehling’s collection at different stages of my time in NY. Jewelry range from really marvelous works to affordable and delightful pieces of cute earrings. The museum-like curation and setting of the store always bring me joy and inspirations. The staffs are friendly without being too demanding, which I really like!
Ted's work is beautiful, sometimes stylized, sometimes naturalistic, and always catches the eye. For the home and the body.

I have adored Ted Muehling's design for the past 30 years. I have given his pearls and his earrings as gifts to my daughters, and I wear them every day myself. I imagine they wear his jewelry in heaven.
