Ted has shown nothing but negligence after building my home, he has refused to fix many problems starting with my gate collapsing... I asked about water drainage, soil issues, etc... something is wrong....and now I have severe damage in my basement...as water seeped into my basement flooding rooms and the hallway ...everything is damaged and worst of all insurance doesn’t cover water damage. We were quite disappointed with the home Steffensen Construction built for us in 2014. Nothing worked right when we moved in. (HVAC, dishwasher, 3 door locks, a couple windows, and the alarm system.) The house was not built according to plans because there was never even a full-sized blueprint on site. The foundation had 7 cracks before they even started finishing the basement.
