Great guy. I was pretty anxious about getting into weightlifting again, but Ted is knowledgable without being overbearing and his humor and easygoing nature put me at ease. Saw him for 5.5 months and had to stop for my own financial reasons but plan on going back at some point.
I came to Ted with zero gym experience. Training with him three times a week was a complete game-changer for me. Ted was incredibly patient, breaking down each exercise and focusing on form, which made me feel comfortable and capable. He didn’t just show me exercises—he built up my confidence and helped me enjoy working out. I can’t believe how much I look forward to going to the gym now!
