We are currently renting a spot from them. Long story short, mold was found in the building. They disagreed with our findings. We then paid for, and provided them with a Microbial Sampling Report performed by a local environmental services company that verified the building did in fact have mold. I cant allow my employees to enter the building until the mold is taken care of. They will not return calls and have not remedied the issue. If at all possible, rent from someone else!
