Four years ago we hired Ted to do a little work as we rehabbed our kitchen. Did a great, prompt job. Remembering him, we looked up his name in our records and called him again because we had a leaking dishwasher inlet hose connection and a possible pressure regulating valve failing because we were getting surging high water pressure. He came over right away to take a look and returned the next day to work on it. He determined that the issue was actually a failed hot water expansion tank.
