She was very quick with answers to any questions I had getting me the right policy for my company and made sure I was getting the best rates. I have talked with Dayleen on a few occasions And I have found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful in our conversations about insurance. She has always been very helpful wonderful to talk to easy-going. It has made me feel comfortable talking about something that I have always felt uncomfortable about because of my lack of knowledge about it. .
I reached out to this firm, because of its consistent 5 star reviews. Unlike all of the five stars here, I had an unprofessional interaction with this firm. We have a RE portfolio, and a commercial property, but the Agent didn't want to entertain exploring options for us and she was not that engaging.
