RecommendedBeen having difficulty with a claim, they were very helpful every step of the way. Dani went out of her to get to the bottom of the issue and get it resolved. She was also very professional and courteous to all parties. I appreciate all.
We had a bad hail storm and Ted was at my door the following day on saturday, we inspected the damages and he explained the whole process, he was very professional, I received a call from Carla in claims on monday and everything has gone very smooth, it pays to have a good agent and a good company to deal with in extreme conditions.
