I called Mr. Flournoy late this morning with a plumbing problem. I was told he may or may not be able to do the job and why. How refreshing to have honesty upfront! However, he said he would like to work with me if I so desired. This wasn't an emergency, so I requested to be worked into his schedule. I was surprised (and thrilled) he got here this afternoon. Mr. Flournoy did a wonderful job installing a new dishwasher for us. He was very kind, professional, and completed the job quickly. He was very competitively priced. I highly recommend him and will use him again.
