***UPDATED Aug. '24 after Attic Ventilation Job Complete*** I just wanted to give another review now that I actually completed a substantial job with Ted Emmerich Construction. The attic ventilation job went as planned and I am happy to report that my attic can now maintain a temperature much closer to that outside with a similar heat index. I really like Ted and and his construction company. I think it is very professional and quality-oriented that Mr. Ted Emmerich himself comes to inspect the job before, during, and after the work is completed. He has come over to my house two times so far to look at potential projects, and I have never felt he is trying to hard sell me any job or project.
