Depends on the day or topic. Normal everyday stuff not to bad. Anything out of the ordinary they have problems with and instead of telling you hey let me research and find out for you, they say call the main corporate number so you can sit on hold for an hour. By the way they don't care if you tell them your not happy and will be looking around at other insurance companies. Customer with state farm for over 20 years loyalty is not their concern at all. None of them wear kackies, or however you spell it, either
I called to get a quote on a home owners policy. I was asked my for my name and number. No one ever called me back and I still do not have that quote.
