We worked with Ted’s team on a project over multiple years in two phases. Our home in Cape Elizabeth was built in the 1920s and we wanted a classic landscape to complement which Ted’s team delivered. We are extremely happy with both the look and functionality of the end product. Highly reccomend for landscape design and install.
We hired Ted Carter Inspired Landscapes to do a combination of plantings, landscaping and stonework. Their efforts were thorough and creative. The initial plotting and layout were exact and detailed. The stonework steps (front and back) are beautiful, as is the patio. The stonework is a lovely combination of cut stone and brick. The staff were consistently friendly, flexible and informative. In 2024, we engaged the Ted Carter team for a complete backyard renovation. It included the addition of a large stone patio, several stone stairways, and extensive perennial beds using native species. We were simply delighted with the work from start to finish. From the planning exercises to developing and sticking to a budget and, finally, the installation, the team at Ted Carter was top-notch in every way. They are true experts in the field and we look forward to using them again in the future.
Highly recommended. We completed (summer 2024) a substantial, transformative and highly successful landscaping project with TCIL. It was a tricky project, a nearly complete overhaul of a matured, multi-generational landscape on a small footprint along the shore of Sebago Lake, Maine.
