Mario came out to repair a pipe leak in my master bathroom. While he did fix the leak, he also mentioned that the shower valve water lines were leaking. At no point did he say there would be any additional charge for addressing it. Without asking or informing me, he cut off the shower valve 1/2” copper lines, soldered caps on them, and then told me it would be $250.
