Damaged my husbands car
Pretty disappointed in these guys. Bought with the sales team here in November. Long story short it had a highway vibration the day I bought it. Went back and forth over a few months, they kept telling me they couldn’t duplicate. At one point it got blamed on my completely unmodified factory exhaust. Crazy stuff. Took it to Ourisman and they immediately recognized the vibration I was complaining about. They ended up finding metal shavings in the differential fluid and overhauled the differential. Mr Chris G is by far the best service advisor I have worked with hands down. I'd give him a hundred stars if I could and so far he is thing I like about this service department. He has not tried to ,"mansplan" or talk me in circles to try and confuse me and always in a timely manner. I am not an easy by any means but he has been able to talk down my anger for the last week that my car has been sitting in limbo with their service department. Having moved around the country a lot, and owned multiple Fords, I have tried a lot of Ford dealers, and unfortunately most have been poor or lacking in service. This is one of the few that I have actually liked - in fact, I can confidently say that this is my FAVORITE DEALER that I've ever used! The service department here is ⭐ TOP-NOTCH PROFESSIONAL⭐.
