Excellent customer service. I needed to add boat insurance after becoming a first time boat owner. They very clearly walked me through every option available regarding boat coverage including covering damage to items on/in boat. I have been very pleased with the policy that I chose thanks to their excellent help.
I’m giving them two stars because they did manage to return my calls and emails for the almost 10 years I’ve been with them under my own policy. I’ve been with State Farm under my parents since I was 16. I can’t begin to explain how upset I was to find out that my insurance company decided to raise my deductibles because I filed comprehensive claims.
