They have done our taxes for 3 years . They do a great job. I recommend Cheri.
Ted did a great job on our taxes; the issue was when asked to send a copy (pdf) of our returns I was sent a bill for a return he has already in pdf. $50.00 bill? Seriously? For something that you are required to keep a digital file of. And yes, we have a copy somewhere at home in storage! If they had not been stapled and glued together in a binder, they could have been easily scanned in when I brought them home. I have never had a more unprofessional experience in my life! These people do whatever they want when it comes to time lines and communication; they are lacking! I've been getting my taxes done for two decades in many different states, and these people don't have a clue what they are doing! Don't make the mistake I did that just because they have a nice building and location that they are professional; It's the very opposite!
I've used Ted's office for many years, and I've been more than happy with the knowledge and service that they provide. I use them for personal and business. If you need a TEAM of professionals that actually knows the "ins and outs" of tax/financial planning, the this group is worth a visit. With Weber's you don't simply get the once a year "rubber stamp style" tax form filler, you get a relationship that is pledged to see your success over the coming years.
Absolutely would not use this business for your tax needs! Past 5 years we had to pay the IRS $5000+ a year, finally decided to get a second opinion and the IRS owed me! I not only paid $500 per year for their services but now I get to pay someone who knows what they are doing another $500 per year that Ted Weber, CPA screwed up!
