Horrible service when trying to schedule and submit insurance. Very rude and was hung up on. Such an awful mean receptionist! Billed me for an appt I cancelled also! Terrible way to run business!
Horrible! They are more concerned with making money than anything! I had insurance but because, I was late on a bill they refused service.
Charged me when I needed my medical records, extremely rude. I only stayed for Kirsch who's since left them. I've never encountered a more hostile environment in a clinic-and it's a counseling center!! The receptionists are the #1 problem. Of the 2, Patty is atrocious. Major attitude, unwarranted. If she's having a bad day you'll definitely know. She never smiles, she's snapped at me while asking routine questions numerous times, she just doesn't belong working in a therapy clinic with people. I had referred 10-12 people over the years and had been so happy with James Kirsch however now I have had the most miserable experience. I was calling about a billing issue on behalf of my daughter and was treated in the most disrespectfully manner. I would NEVER again send anyone to NEW Wellness. Patty was so unprofessional and rude and even hung up on me. When I asked who she answered to she said just her!!!!
