Horrible customer service. Don't expect to talk to a customer service consultant for at least 30 mins. My first phone call got cut off after 20mins waiting. Still waiting now on my second attempt.

Came in for a screen protector fitting for my flip5. The guys at tecworks were friendly and professional right from the start. They were able to order the part I needed and it arrived within a day allowing me to get everything sorted. Communication was also thorough through the whole process. They even told me where thr nearest Cafe was!
They always do a great job and follow up really well. Highly recommend Tecworks
