Won't fix my phone that won't charge same day
They have a Magic Touch!!! And do not charge me anything.
Great service! I desperately needed a screen replaced due to a screen bleed in a tight timeframe. The staff were very nice in coming up with some options for me and getting my screen replaced, did it less than 24 hours and was able to keep all of my data for me. They were absolute lifesavers! Would highly recommend.
Horrible customer service. Don't expect to talk to a customer service consultant for at least 30 mins. My first phone call got cut off after 20mins waiting. Still waiting now on my second attempt.
