this clinic being the closet to me, I have visited multiple times over the last 4 months. I have been visiting this clinic for a long time and always had great experiences — the front desk staff and nurses are always kind and professional. However, my recent visit with Dr. Yaseen was shocking. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I am deeply disappointed and shocked by my experience with Dr. Asmaa Yassin. As a medical professional, one would expect compassion, respect, and professionalism toward patients, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Dr. Asmaa’s behavior was unkind, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout my visit. I left feeling disrespected and unheard. I am so disappointed by the behavior of a female doctor and the senior nurse. Female doctor shouting on a patient I have never seen in my life this kind of unprofessional behavior from a doctor. There is a notice in the clinic that abusive behavior with the staff will not be tolerated what about the abusive and insulting behavior of the staff with the patients??? If you have a uti/bladder don’t waste your time! If the strips say no then it’s a NO to antibiotics No matter what your symptoms are. Now I have to wait till tomorrow so much pain
