It is clear that this clinic simply refuses to acknowledge the validity of past patients concerns regarding Dr. Yasin. I wasn’t feeling good over the weekend and by chance I found this clinic OPEN ON WEEKENDS!!! I want to give my nurse Kat an extra thank you for being so sweet and helpful. She was easy going and made it very easy to tell her what was going on. Best walk in experience!
Very disappointed with Dr. Hamzat. After waiting a long time to be seen, I expected at least basic professionalism and communication. Throughout the appointment, he barely answered my questions and mostly responded with nods or head shakes. I felt rushed and dismissed, as if my concerns were not important. As a doctor, clear communication and respect for patients should be a priority. This was one of the most uncomfortable medical experiences I’ve had.
Went to the clinic because I had been having chest pains from my cold and pink eye that had also started within this week, I was seen by Dr Asma Yassin, who was very rude and unprofessional, not even a little bit of bedside manner, cut me off several times and told me to respect her practice and come in with 1 issue, which all the symptoms I had had started from this cold.
