I walked in the clinic for a knee injury with no wait time. There was a bit of a wait for the x-ray. The next day, I received a call from the clinic with the results of my x-ray which I didn't expect. I really appreciated not having to wait weeks for the results until seeing my family Dr.
About a year ago I was told I had two ear infections by my doctor and got prescribed two medications. It cleared it up for the majority however I was given one medication that I had to take 4 times a day and I couldn’t do that with my schedule and so I didn’t know if it worked or not because I still had some of the symptoms I had prior to receiving the medication. Worst place ever i had to get my blood work and it hurt do not recommend
The receptionist and the nurses were super friendly and nice. I went there on a Saturday and it was a bit busy so I had to wait about 2 hours but I think that makes sense since most of the walk-in clinics are closed on weekends. Dr. Yassin visited me, took the time to ask the necessary questions, prescribe the medication and give me directions on how to take them. She was professional and nice as well. I could tell that she’s kinda on a hurry but again considering the number of patients waiting I think that’s normal.
We saw Dr. Nguyen today. He was an excellent doctor. Very thorough, super friendly, and had a kind demeanour. Thank you Dr. Nguyen!
