I DIDNT EVEN GET PASSED THE PHONE CALL . I called said “ hello my cat ate “ then got completely cut off with attitude saying “ I have nothing available “ and then got a hang up …. Safe to say she was VERY RUDE very unprofessional and got me off the phone in 30 seconds
