The very friendly ladies in the tag office directed me to a lovely lady in the next office, so I could renew my driver's license yesterday. Wonderful experience!
Called in twice too ask a question and they kept on saying too me that they were too busy too help me and too keep calling back. Had too call another tag agency and they were able too help me in less than 5 minutes. Not sure why they couldn’t handle it either there lazy or just don’t care.
Honestly I'm a bit surprised by all of these negative reviews saying the agents are rude/sarcastic. I work nearby and use this agency to renew tags on all of our fleet vehicles, as well as my own personal vehicle, so I am there quite frequently. The girls that work there have always been super friendly and helpful. I've never been treated with anything other than kindness and respect when I go there. Fast, friendly service, and usually little to no wait time.
I went here and Ms. Angi helped me with my permit, she was very sweet and nice and she told me exactly what I needed and so I got it, if I didn't have what I needed I would have had to go home, so make sure to bring your stuff this is a government agency so they MUST follow the rules as that's how it is, no government agency can be perfect but it was great for what it is, and the lobby and common areas were very nice!
THIS TAG AGENCY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, THEIR EMPLOYEES & THEIR DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS CONDUCT!! SERIOUSLY! This office has to be owner/operator since self respecting employers don't pay their employees to turn business away while being so irrationally irritated at having to do any part of their expected duties that all efforts for customer satisfaction are non-existent.
