Tecumseh Place has competently cared for my Grandmother for the last 21 months. Today, when discussing her ongoing care, administrator Geoff Byron and office manager Carol Belanger were kind enough to take as much time as we needed to discuss all of my concerns. Both Geoff and Carol were patient, understanding and un-hurried as they listened. I believe that they have the best interests of the patients at heart and am grateful for their combination of competence and compassion.
Horrible experience. Terrified to go to anyplace after that. If you care about family, get them out of there. Needs to be shut down.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Attention please stay away this place it's a nightmare I used to work here and they gave me such a hard time about me off being sick with a doctor note and I went to the urgent care it's a terrible place and a safety hazard running this bussiness with alot of red flags stay away it's not worth you time you be the only one taking care of patients bath and showering and etc it's a safety issues as well don't waste your time applying here the state sould look into it they would be surprised and shut it down .
