I always have a great experience at Home Hardware Tecumseh! The staff are always willing to help and they sell unique things. I had a particularly great experience yesterday. I went into the store carrying two FedEx returns and one was in a very long box. Spencer saw me struggling a bit and took both my packages and brought them to the return counter for me. Such a simple act, but what amazing customer service! Bravo!
Worst service ever !!! had to wait 20 mins in the paint section for the worker , as they said they are helping someone , when they should have called another co worker to help me ??? And when I finally got help , she was so rude and didn’t greet properly and when I said thank u so much she didn’t say anything and just walked away !! Legit so rude and unprofessional
