I've been here 11+ years. It's a great company to work for. Yes they have overtime but it's one day every two weeks when it is mandatory. They work with you on almost anything if you are honest and communicate. Great company, highly recommend to anyone.
This place in Salem should be rated 0 stars out of 5 stars! My sibling worked at the Salem location and it had a very negative effect on their mental and emotional health. Don't work here unless you can't get a job ANYWHERE else! If you don't believe me, just ask around the community. Tecton in Salem has fired more people in the area than any other employer.
