Absolutely brilliant. The tech guy (Mr Feras?) is very skilled, polite and helpful. I have been there twice for my S9, once for a replacement battery which I was initially concerned about as its not an original Samsung part but its been great, and second when getting water in my phone after dropping it in a canal. Mr Feras saved my phone and an awful lot of grief for me, what with all my data/passwords etc. The man is a hero!
