Tecovas store, service & products are fantastic! Allen turned a regular day of shopping into a lovely experience, his knowledge about the assortment and fit of each boot made the try-on process easy and fun. I also appreciated his style choices and ability to describe the right outfit recommendations for each boot. I ended up buying 2 pairs that I love, looking forward to my next visit. "Stopped by the Tecovas Pinnacle Hills location and had a fantastic experience! The store is beautiful, smells amazing, and has a great western aesthetic. The staff especially Clark, went above and beyond—not only were they patient and knowledgeable while helping me find the perfect fit, but they also handed me a complimentary drink the second I walked through the doors. I absolutely love the Tecovas store in Rogers! Everyone is friendly and welcoming, but Alyson went above and beyond to make my visit special. I was offered a drink while my boots were being shined, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I also got my boots branded this day. I hate that the store is 3 hours away because if it were closer, I’d be there all the time. Thank you, Alyson and the entire team, for such a great experience!
