The team here at the Rogers Tecovas is top notch. Everyone is always so kind and attentive, you’re never having to ask for help. I went in today on a limb, hunting down a boot that is pretty sold out, and one of the sales girls (I think her name was Sami) and one of the managers tag-teamed finding the boots through another location so I could get them. It’s the willingness to go extra step that really matters and is why we’ve bought 5 pairs from this location. I cannot recommend them enough and know I’ll be back in soon once... read more
Service was great! Staff was helpful and ordered the correct size for my granddaughter! She loves her boots!!!
A bit disappointing to be honest. It’s been a while since we were in Tecovas Pinnacle Hills and this visit doesn’t make me want to go back. Staff was less than friendly, it almost felt forced. Below average and very far from all previous experiences. Disappointed to say the least. Hopefully, things will be different next time.
