I like my boots a lot, and the customer service at the store is awesome
Great brand. Great Service. Great Boot Museum! My wife and I call the NWA store a "boot museum" because we only look at boots when we're there. We would love to buy a few more pairs, as I already own four (purchased online, with excellent service, btw) Problem is, they never have any boots that fit me or my wife, despite wearing common sizes. My wife and I went to have our boots conditioned and had a great experience with Kali and Christian! They were informative, accommodating, and funny. Can’t wait to come back!
Wife and I went in there today 1-2-25 and the store was fairly empty 5 customers and 3 associates. Was in the store for over 20 minutes and not one person greeted or helped us. Took our money elsewhere and happily spent $600 plus on a couple pairs of Dan Post boots. Overrated rude store.
