Today, we faced a serious issue with our grinder ejector pump. I want to extend heartfelt kudos to Huntsville’s Mr. Electric technician, Mr. Spencer Medley, who improved the circuitry on June 26, 2025, and technician, Mr. Gage Baker, who verified its functionality on July 3, 2025. I had an electrical problem with circuit for the garage door acting up and he was able to determine the problem and did a great job. I highly recommend the company and Andre as a terrific electrician. He was a delight to work with.

Do not trust Mr. Electric of Eastern Memphis! My mother asked Mr. Electric to fix her dryer. It turns out the power receptacle was damaged and needed replaced and a circuit braker needed replacing. The tech had to drive to Oakland to obtain the breaker part since the condo was built in 76. I found the correct part online with a quick search for $90, 30amp Zinsco. The dryer receptacle is $10 from Home Sleepo! My mother was charged $1117 for three hours of work. 2hours driving two and from Oakland, an hour making the repairs!... read more
Mr Electric is top notch. I highly recommend this company. They are excellent. My technician Jared, did work at my home and my church. Fantastic service, great work. I would give negative stars if I could. first and foremost technician was 2 hours late without giving me a phone call. secondly they sent a residential technician when I specifically made sure they. were a commercial service. upon waiting forever I called them for them to not even apologize about the technician being over two hours late and sending the wrong service.
Company only told me the price after the job was complete. If I had known it would have been that expensive, I would not have hired them. Even when I spoke to them on the phone explaining the problem, they couldn’t give me a clear answer. They charged me hundreds of dollars for 20 minutes of work. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone. Use them at your own risk.
Best experience I have ever had with any service. I plan to call them for my next project. Steve is a pleasure to work with.
