THE WORST
Called today as we will be moving to the area that has TECO. Spoke with Maria who was kind, but when expressing frustration regarding the deposit options her tone quickly changed to be filled with attitude and lacking the compassion. After assuring her my frustration was not with her- it is with the system she still continued the attitude and said "well you can do a soft credit check"- Like, okay I got it, but the attitude was not needed. I was at the Teco offices, and it's truly a beautiful, clean, and very well-decorated place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At the entrance, you'll find the front desk, where Ms. Cecilia, who assisted me, is very helpful and answers any questions you may have about what to do or which department you need. I waited a moment for a specialist to see me, and she was incredibly kind and attentive. The specialist's name is Lisa, and I was able to leave quickly with all my needs met.
