Received a monthly usage bill with a past due amount added. The previous month I had enrolled in auto-pay but because I made my payment the same day, auto pay was never enabled. Which was on disclosed to me by the rep over the phone. Additionally, the following month when I had no knowledge that auto-pay wasn't enabled because I made a payment, they neglected to send a courtesy past-due notice because I assumed auto-pay WAS enabled like I selected.
